How We Work
"Modern methods - Old fashioned values"
There is no secret to good financial advice. It is a matter of applying the highest ethical standards and then matching a genuine depth of knowledge to good delivery and presentation
We work to develop and earn long term relationships with our clients. We do have areas of speciality, but consider that our experience and proven expertise qualifies us to deal in the utmost professionalism with the majority of investors.
We ensure our clients financial requirements are catered for throughout the different phases of life by developing close personal relationships, applying our knowledge and professionalism to every aspect of finance, however small.
A unique client database enables us to summarise and present all aspects of your financial arrangements in plain language.
Existing clients benefit from our bespoke service that updates them with the full details of their portfolio, as opposed to systems that may only give values of lump sum investments, yet may ignore other important details, such as trust nominations.
If, for example, your investments or insurances are in trust to your dependents, your secure and personal client records will be flagged accordingly
How we work
When we first meet, we will usually start off by discussing your aims and needs in general before going on to conduct a thorough financial review
Whilst most of our clients do favour e-communications, we will communicate with you in your own preferred way & aim always to provide a personal and friendly service
Following our review of your objectives, we will take time to consider your situation and needs in detail, before writing a full report of our conclusions and presenting it to you at a subsequent meeting
We will then discuss our conclusions and recommendations with you, before agreeing the priorities, what should be done and when.
